JOULUKUUSI - CHRISTMAS TREE

Haluan näyttää teille vielä muutamia jouluisia kuvia.

Annoin lasten koristella kuusen tänä vuonna, aiemmin ovat vain saaneet auttaa. Ai että miksikö? No tuo kuusen koristelu on ollut minun juttuni lapsuudesta saakka ja olen vähän "pikkutarkka" yhdestä jos toisesta yksityiskohdasta. Mutta halusin kuitenkin antaa lasten tehdä sen tänä vuonna, otin esille vain sellaiset koristeet mitä halusin kuuseen tulevan ja lapset saivat sitten itse päättää mihin mikäkin tulee. Siitä tuli varsin nätti joulukuusi. Saavat varmasti tehdä tämän toistekin...

Entä maailman ihanin avomies, mitäs hän minulle antoikaan? Hän on mitä mainioin mies kuuntelemaan ja muistamaan toiveeni. Hän on sisäistänyt makuni ja ilahduttaa minua mielellään. Tänä vuonna pukin kontista löytyi tämä ihana lyhty! Sen lisäksi mitä siellä nyt on sisällä, siellä oli myös namuja sekä muita koristeita.

 

 

Myös tämä iki-ihana sydän oli piilotettu lyhtyyn, yhdessä lahjakortin kanssa jolla pääsen ostoksille yhteen Porvoon Vanhan Kaupungin ihanimmista kaupoista, eli Destiny:n. Voi kiitos oma rakkaani!!!

BIG CHANGES IN OUR LIFE

Many small things have happened in my home.

I fell in love with roses...

Lots of white and some "diamonds"

One single rose in a glass

This little bird brings light to me every spring

Our family has been trough changes, both good and bad.

But now I hope we have a bright future ahead of us.

WHAT ELSE IS NEW...?

Some candle decorations; thin lace and a candlepin

I love flowers, I really should use them more often.

Last christmas came and went and I really needed a change,
so I finally sewed curtanes of the fabric that I bought
for a long time ago. I also bought a new sofa, a chair and a footstool (or what's it called).

Way back in time I added these in my yellow kitchen curtanes.

This is how the kitchen looked like with the rosettes and lace and all.

LET'S START OVER... WHAT'S HAPPENED SINCE THE BEGINNING?

Well hello to you all out there! Maby I will make it this time ;)

I started this blog sometimes long time ago... I was supposed to share with you my growing love for homedecorating and especially for cottage style and shabby chic.

Tho I haven't written anything here, that don't mean I haven't been doing something... A quick look at some things that I've been doing.

I need to apologise if something looks funny in any way... I find blogger a bit hard to use. I don't understand why I can't add pictures where ever I want to...they always come in the beginning of my text, instead of where my marker is. Why is that? And I don't seem to be able to copy/paste pictures or texts in the writing box (or what it's called). Can anyone give me a helping hand with this?

An adorable find from Ikea, they were perfect for my kitchen.

An attempt to lift up the look of my balcony.

things make a huge difference.
